      Sometimes you'll be treated nice. Good place to work if your in sales.

      Cons

      Rude and hypocritical management. Do as I say, not as I do. Money spent to entertain themselves instead of more important things. Toxic employees are encouraged to be disrespectful of others. Overworked and underpaid. Management will keep you in the dark and manipulate you. And if things don't work out, your fault!

      A small company where your voice is heard. Teamwork is encouraged. Remote and in office positions are offered. Positive work environment. Upward mobility. Supports and encourages furthering your education. Constantly improving internal processes and technologies used internally. No micromanagement.

      A small business where you must be comfortable working on projects that might be "outside of your job description".
