Lots of autonomy, we are flexible to work out our own solutions to problems and are not micromanaged
Remote work and culture - there's a good balance between enough support and collaboration that you can feel connected, but not too much so that it becomes an interruption
My manager is a good listener and offers thoughtful advice to help me solve problems and work through challenges
