      Great coworkers - everyone on the team is helpful and positive Lots of autonomy, we are flexible to work out our own solutions to problems and are not micromanaged Remote work and culture - there's a good balance between enough support and collaboration that you can feel connected, but not too much so that it becomes an interruption My manager is a good listener and offers thoughtful advice to help me solve problems and work through challenges

      Cons

      Business is currently in a turnaround phase, hoping that the results from all our new initiatives and development can eventually pay off.

      Pros

      The leadership team is full of very smart people who are not afraid to cut ties with old processes and old ideas. The company is great to work for, its a small company so everything you do has an impact. I regularly interact with the majority of the company and I love knowing that I'm making a difference.

      Cons

      We have our warts. all companies do, there are those lingering old processes that are scheduled to be pulled but have not been yet.
