      Pros

      The company provides insight on what not to do with empoyees......our division of M3USA is closing due to poor management...maybe one of the only pros one can say about the group

      Cons

      No listening abilities and tout worthless degrees in an attempt to impress. Just let 10 fine employees in Boston go after pumping millions into a division of MDLINX/M3 usa ,due to extremely poor management, division is closing after less than 2 years.

      Great coworkers - everyone on the team is helpful and positive Lots of autonomy, we are flexible to work out our own solutions to problems and are not micromanaged Remote work and culture - there's a good balance between enough support and collaboration that you can feel connected, but not too much so that it becomes an interruption My manager is a good listener and offers thoughtful advice to help me solve problems and work through challenges

      Business is currently in a turnaround phase, hoping that the results from all our new initiatives and development can eventually pay off.
