Management in my pod at least is super patient understanding and helpful. Never micromanages and gives you tools you need to succeed. Always open to questions
Cons
Work can be repetitive in a lot of cases but you are free to listen to music etc to break monotony
No room for upwards movement
Rarely offer raises and poor pay
Very entry level work and mostly automated, no real legal experience it’s mostly an assembly line style job
