Cons
The problem with this company is the extreme lack of self-awareness. They are a laughing stock in the music industry, they command zero respect among their peers in the industry. This is due to horrible business decisions, failure to take advice from their employees, SUPREME arrogance and naiveté. If you end up working here, you'll be pushed around by senior management, the owners, the clients, and the people you do business with (Because they know your clients are mostly failing and you have no leverage.)
