      Process changing, Flexible, Site leader pushes for improvements every day.

      Cons

      Rubbish culture (been the norm for 20+ years) pushing for end of month revenue. Not everyone moving forward for the benefit of the business.

      Overall a positive place to work with good people. Very clean building with AC! Employee Meal provided monthly.

      Occasional long hours when deadlines are tight.
