No sick time. If you are ill and can't work you're expected to just make it up the next day. Long-term illnesses are covered. Pay is by the line transcribed and had not changed for years. Too many layers of management.
Horrible salary. Too many levels of upper management. Inconsistent workload. No response or resolution when it comes to problems with unfair management practices.
