      Pros

      Just started, onboarding has been smooth so far. Team I joined is very inclusive and welcoming. Extremely collaborative and professional environment. Very stable and well-funded, not a place where you're constantly worried about layoffs.

      Cons

      Expensive parking. Pay is on the lower end. I haven't experienced an evaluation cycle but looking at the progression of those that came before me, it seems like promotions take a while.
