Pros
Staff and faculty are clearly on a mission from the heart to help people with cancer. Wonderful benefits and great opportunity if you're genuinely interested in learning and not to just have MDA on your resume.
Cons
HR has been a mess since contacting me for an interview all the way up to a start date. No answers to my emails returning their own questions, cutting Zoom interviews short by mistake, interview scheduling conflicts, etc. Even the interviewing staff and hiring managers complained openly about HR and their lack of organization and cohesiveness during interviews. After taking almost 4 weeks to onboard, everything seems fine now.
