Pros
some flexibility in working hours, excellent pay and benefits, institution tries to promote better health among employees with gym, but you can't just join and work out when it suits your schedule, quality scientists and clinicians
Cons
like most places, no oversight - upper management allowed to "play games" with staff with no recourse and if you weren't a player, then you stood to suffer some retaliation if you showed signs of resistance (see this at other institutions, too). It seemed to me that some of the institutional policies gave too much authority to upper management
