Pros
MD Anderson is really a great place to work. Especially if you are looking for the chance to help others. It is a great environment to meet a lot of new people. The patients are usually very appreciative of your help, and there are a lot of wonderful people and stories.
Cons
As great as the people were the hours sucked. Working on holidays and weekends is not that cool (even though they pay shift differential). It is not easy to move around MD Anderson. They require you to stay at least 6 months in any position and also require that your boss approves any transfers. If you are a good employee, your department won't want to let you go.
