      -Good guidance from superior and peers, this is the best i have throughout my career life so far. -Good workflow structure -Professional Service Delivery Team

      Cons

      - Key in your day to day work in an online system (for measuring work productivity) is not practical, waste employee time, because already have appraisal and review from time to time. - I ave been given a desktop only, no laptop, difficult to do my work at client site.

      Great exposure to latest Microsoft technology platform (Server, Telephony, Exchange, etc) and connection to some of their clients and partners

      Cons

      It's important to treat employees with timely paycheck arrival... it gives an impression that the company are struggling financially.
