      Other recruitment consultants were very supportive. Good plans

      Cons

      A lot of micromanagement. Depending on what team you were in there is a very different culture. Feeling guilty for taking entitled 1 hour off early a week. Feel guilty for leaving on time and not staying late. Weekly 1-2-1s extremely demotivating and no constructive criticism

      Great leadership team - Straight talkers but great craic! Strong investment in outreach events and new software tools
