Pros

Can’t recall any pros But I will tell you this, if you run elbows with the ones who matter, like the management team, your supervisor, team lead, people who can determine your livelihood, you’ll have a better chance of keeping your job , despite of how you conduct yourself, or how many times you screw up ( despite how badly you really mess things up )!

Cons

Hours, racism, colorism, ageism, having favorite team members Sup selects so they can’t do anything wrong, sabotage game plans, bullying , HR BEING BIASED and tragically incompetent New hires - not favored will get NO OR EXTREMELY LESS IN TRAINING AND SUPPORT, No assistance once training is over, Disrespect, Questioning every decision you make as hour title allows you but manager helicopters and leans ocver to your calls and monitors your every inch of work, will make a mockery out of you. If singled out , ramifications are done in the open where other workers see u being punished and so gossiping occurs , a chain reaction of events occur.

Pros

Big focus on company values and a strong culture of fun and respect. Community service days, fun collaboration days with our teams where we train on our values, family events where the company pays for employees and families to have a fun night out.

Cons

Customers can be very demanding. The work is not easy.

Pros

Work from home is great

Cons

One of the most stressful jobs I’ve ever had. Training was so stressful it actually traumatized me. I trained on several things at once Plus I was learning a new system. I went from being a great employee at one company to a zero at this one. You train on Teams but can’t see the screen most of the time. Very very fast paced no time to write notes so if you miss something they require you listen to the meeting again no asking questions. Various trainers who were great but you could tell they were also in a hurry. One I was not able to understand her accent but it counted against me not the manager. No compassion. Very rough ride! System problems daily. But still expect full performance. I’m not the only one who felt and feels this way. Pay was average. Stress is not worth it. Home life is not that great when you’re stressed out
