      Front line staff and mentors are exceptional

      Cons

      Poor leadership Poor pay for from line staff and managers. Conflict of interest - CEO and chair of board in an exclusive relationship. If you have a grievance you haven’t a leg to stand on. Over work staff with no thanks. No well-being support for staff - I asked for support and was ignored. A few ex colleagues of mines were demoted with no written notice and or reasoning. Expanding too quickly. Very high staff turn over. I wouldn’t recommend this charity to anyone.

      The programme itself is great

      Cons

      I understand the CEO has left so things may be different but I found it to be a very negative culture. Every action was micromanaged whilst we simultaneously left out of important conversations and the bigger picture. There was no trust. When asked for details on strategy management wasn't very forthcoming but when things went wrong management looked for people to blame leading to high turnover. I could go on but I'll leave it there.
