Pros
the only pros I have to say for this company is that the doctors were amazing even though as I can see from the website most of them don't work there anymore.
Cons
organization of the charges and supervisors is horrible. there is no communication and there is alot of favoritism. they nit pick over things that ddon't make any since like standing the wrong way? but over look important situations like nurses being over worked. I had worked many shifts by myself with a doctor with pts scheduled every 15min for physicals on top of answering phones, my daily paper work and expected to triage walk ins. management is poor and I would never recommend a friend or family member to ever work for this company.
