      Pros

      MCN is a honestly a dream company to work for. The atmosphere amongst employees is wonderful, competitve salary, great relationship with clients and subcontractors...just a well run company.

      Cons

      I have zero reservations about MCN Build! If I did and they were sensible, Upper management would consider addressing.

      Very diverse culture with so many backgrounds. You do not feel out of place.

      Have to fight to get noticed if you are under certain PMs

      Pros

      MCN Build works to make a real difference in their community. Project managers care about their work and want the people they work with to care too. High levels of accountability and pride in work.

      Cons

      High pace environment can leave interns looking at drawings for hours with little direction.
