      As a Relief staff you can pick and choose your shifts The payment per hour is very good It's a good opportunity to get to know people and make contacts

      Most of the job as a Relief staff limits to cook, clean, organize and make sure the resident is safe.

      The company are charging a lot of money to the providers they serve. This money is pocketed by them. The workers pay and conditions is paltry.
