Amazing company to work for! - Digital Marketing Executive MCM Employee Review

I worked at MCM Net for just under 3 years and it was the most friendly business I’ve worked in to date. John, the CEO, took me on fresh from university and grew me as an employee. I took on more responsibility each month and felt genuinely proud of the work he trusted me to deliver. I’ll always be grateful for the opportunity MCM Net gave me - I made friends, had the full support of the CEO and really did grow in my abilities and confidence. I still recall when I was struggling with personal issues at home and John took me to the pub to chat through things and lift my spirits. It’s the small things like this that other companies and CEOs in particular just do not do, and this is what really sets MCM Net apart - they care about their staff, they’re protective of their well being and they genuinely care about their clients too. Other pros are the games room, casual dress and regular office socials.

The location is in Tonbridge High Street which can be a nightmare to drive to.

The people are truly great to work with, in particular the MD. Colleagues all take pride in their work and work hard to support clients! The company has picked up some impressive accounts and the team all muck in to get projects our the door!

The company is quite small and as they're based in Tonbridge High Street, it can be quite heavy in terms of traffic getting into the office in the mornings.
