Salary Ranges are average; in the ball park.
Cons
Upper management has no clue on how to delegate and/or enable its most valuable resource, namely employees. By micro-managing, dictating policy, and constantly spending exorbitant amounts on outside consultants, they undermine employees' morale. This is evidenced by the extremely high employee turnover ratio. For example, I'm the 2nd controller to resign with less than a year service in less than a year.
