Pros

There are no Pros. If this company has phenomenal reviews it’s because maybe they’re all from people who work inside the building, but if you work from home it’s like they have you on a chain where you can’t move and do nothing. I’m talking so strict and you have to have webcam on at all times. Why do I need someone staring at me my whole shift that’s so uncomfortable.

Cons

No PTO until after 6 months. No Holiday until after 6 months and they monitor how long you spend with the customer on the phone you can’t be in after call work for more than 10 seconds or you are reprimanded and coached. Also don’t have an illness because if you have a headache or have to go vomit you have to clock out.They literally have you walking on eggshells. Low Pay No Family Work Life Balance until after your 6 months

Pros

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I especially appreciate the supportive learning environment and the continuous guidance provided throughout the process. Thanks to MCI's comprehensive training, I feel well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team from day one.
