The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I've worked for various call centers over 25 years and this is the jankiest call center, ever. The nicest person there was the recruiter. Our first day, they did not make us feel welcomed. We were given a brief tour of the place and jumped right into training. The training was adequate. About 3-4 weeks long before you hit the floor. Management and supervisors sucked. The pay was $12 an hour, and we had no benefits until we were 90 days on the job. I lasted 7 weeks before they put me on PIP. I quit shortly after that because it was not worth the pay. No regrets

30 minutes lunch. No benefits until after 90 days on the job. Pressure to sell and posting everybody's metrics in the group chat. No encouraging words from the supervisors unless you're hitting your metrics
