The culture is great and so are the people. MCI works hard to cultivate a good team and I liked everyone I worked with, including supervisors and client teams
Cons
high-level leadership is disorganized. Your role on an account changes depending on how understaffed the account is, which can make it difficult to do your job. No clear structure for upward mobility. You also shouldn't expect a raise, even after working there for 2.5 years
