High Management doesn’t give a good impression to the company. Be nice with them if you don’t want to get fired. Hierarchie is too much important No opportunity to grow quickly - they count your competences in years and not as a person... Even if you are better quicker than others, you will have to wait before getting promoted.... long years contract people first! Be patient. Overtime hours are not paid... they wouldn’t tell you to make more hours than it is written in your contract but you will understand you have to if you want to grow and be well seen from the Management. If you want a salary increase, you might have to do overtime hours to get it
