Decent work-life balance. Culture of collaboration/teamwork, not a lot of politics.
Cons
Pay is below industry average. There’s been a near-obsession with rapidly growing the company in the U. S. (both organically and through several acquisitions of small companies), to the detriment of all else. Guess what’s NOT growing, though? Salaries!
