Good pay for anyone needing quick money

Cons

Management do not treat you as individuals. You are expecting to work as a cog in a machine and to not have any feelings to being shouted at and abused by customers on a daily basis. Management have poor communication skills and do not get along which makes it difficult for advisors to get help when there is so much tension. High turn over in staff due to unsociable hours and ridiculous rules that they pick and choose to apply to individuals they are not fond of. If you suffer from any sort of mental health problem they will embellish this lie that they will help you and then when you do become unwell they will bully you into pushing your mental stability to it's very limits to the point where you will have to leave and face unemployment. Dozens of members of staff have left recently due to being ill treated and the lack of incentive this role provides. If you are capable of working in a high pressure environment with nasty clicks go for it and good luck 😁
