      Hours were manageable and pay was ok

      Cons

      Jobs being sent to overseas, plants were still using different systems after merger with fort Dearborn, Area Controller definitely played favorites, systems didn’t speak well with each other so Analysis for Monthly Operating Review with upper management was a joke.
