Decent pay, but not enough for your constantly excessive workload.
Cons
No recognition or acknowledgement for victories of the past, present, or future. Terrible management who cares little for anything but the dollar bills in their pocket. No family atmosphere whatsoever (every man for himself). Extremely conservative. Could go on & on but I won't. I worked here for 3 years but did the work of 10+ staying late and arriving early day-in & day-out. Awful, awful, awful through and through.
