      MCC is a good company to work for: 1. Good management ( NO! micromanagement) 2. Decent pay wage (weekly pay) 3. Good atmosphere (mostly friendly folks)

      Cons

      Pay could be slightly higher ( pay increase after 3 months, then 6 months and 1 years. Annually there after.
