Pros
Pay can be good if you're willing to spend more time at work than at home. If you're willing to work 12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week this can lead to some pretty hefty paychecks, even at the ground level.
Cons
Mandatory overtime. Company heavily relies on staffing agencies to deal with high turnover. Frequently pays temporary workers more than full time employees at a base level due to trying to attract warm bodies.
