      Flexible management when it comes to hours.

      Cons

      New hire orientation is minimum and there was no help in setting up W4, direct deposit or anything for that matter. When interviewed I was told I would work a certain shift. When I got the job offer it was for a different shift completely and now I work this weird custom shift. Long hours on concrete floor.
