      Pros

      Coworkers are nice and helpful, leaders are present and ready to help when you need them, high focus on safety and the pay is equal or better then other company’s in the area

      Cons

      The air conditioning is broke and it’s hotter then Haiti’s on most days. That’s about all I can think of at this time
