Thank you for taking the time to give us a review on both the positive and negative things you encountered while working for us. We've put a lot of effort into responding to opportunities for improvement including improving our vacation accrual process, trialing a more liberal attendance management program, and improving hiring practices to reduce overtime. I hope our current employees can attest to these efforts and to a brighter, more consistent side of Multi-Color.
