Competitive pay but may require long hours - R&D Intern MCC Employee Review

The IT team are a group of friendly, approachable, highly-skilled professionals. Boss was great to work for. Fairly flexible hours with plenty of overtime opportunities. Work was challenging and varied without ever becoming overwhelming.

In this role, you're the only IT presence in a huge manufacturing plant. That brings a lot of responsibility and personal visibility; while not 'Cons' per se, these dynamics are not for everyone, so YMMV. (I personally loved it.)
