Okay Experience - Former Employee MC Squared Employee Review

This is a smaller company, and they definitely expect you to take on more than what is put in your original job description (with no pay increase). Not much of a career path or room for growth, which makes it tough to stay there long term if you are looking for career development. Lots of last minute asks and “fire drills” that could’ve been prevented with better planning, time management, and organization. Not much of a company culture.
