First, an engineer can take a project from cradle to grave allowing for a large amount of experience in a shorter period of time. Second, this company is great at managing project schedules and getting projects out on time. Family atmosphere with great work culture.
Cons
If you are not willing to do any job required to get the project completed, than this company may not be for you. Everyone does what is necessary to complete a job on schedule with a goal of producing an above standard product.
