Enjoyable office atmosphere and coworkers! - Project Manager MC Squared Employee Review

I reached out to Sam Moussly (CEO of MC Squared) about working with his company in the Tampa, FL market. We discussed what role I would have in the company upon joining the team. Sam and I also talked about how much the office environment can impact those who call it “home/my office”. I was invited to take a tour of the Tampa office (before, during, or after business hours). During my visit to the Tampa office I was thoroughly impressed with the company atmosphere/environment. The individuals who have chosen to be a part of this company continue to raise the bar each day with ideas, solutions, and problem-solving skills backed by a wealth of knowledge and experience. It feels great to work in this office environment! I am surrounded by subject matter experts who are fantastic at communicating their expertise and experience with coworkers. If you are motivated with an idea or goal here, you just speak up, and people listen to what you have to say. The listeners (professional coworkers) then give their ideas, experience, and suggestions on how to move forward with the idea/goal that you would like to create/accomplish. This is an enjoyable company to work for, and I look forward to meeting you after your interview!
