Pros
Staff went through a purge of the disgruntled employees last year and now everyone smiles. Plenty of work and satisfied customers. Profit sharing is back due to increased sales due to better employees Great family atmosphere and can do attitudes of all employees. Office in Las Vegas is nice to visit also.
Cons
None now. All employees like their jobs and help each other. used to be you had to work with others that didn't like their jobs or dealing with customers but they are gone now so work is great. Now we need 4 more good employees, if you want to grow apply for a job here.
