Recently a few benefits have been cut Seems like leadership doesn't have enough power to change the game. The company is at the mercy of Mercedes HQ Limited budget for salary adjustment and very little negotiation space Salary adjustment and promotions are not transparent and can be unfair when comparing different departments / teams
