      1. Office is cosy and good. 2. HRs & IT team are very helpful and responsive for all the concerns. 3. Work environment is great and learning is good for my position.

      Cons

      1. Salary would be better for the position. 2. Some more facilities like Lunch provision should be added.

      Pros

      Mbition is a great place to work. Home office, good team structure, competitive salary. Regular working hours, it never gets boring

      Cons

      I found no contradictions. I am satisfied, so far I have nothing to complain about. I cant think of any cons as of now.
