      - never ending, steep learning curve - nice colleagues - you can have a lot of impact if you want - the cars & the product we develop - trying to be agile

      Cons

      - no clear responsibilities - high work load / not the best work life balance - not trying to be agile

      Pros

      Mbition is a great place to work. Home office, good team structure, competitive salary. Regular working hours, it never gets boring

      Cons

      I found no contradictions. I am satisfied, so far I have nothing to complain about. I cant think of any cons as of now.
