MBX is flexible and will work to balance work/life schedules. The work is usually varied enough that it isn't monotonous. Your innovative idea can help shape the company.
Cons
Managers are very hit or miss depending on department. The company direction is in a state of flux and the direction from management is vague at best which leaves one to uncertain of the future. Growth within the company can be limited depending the department. Poor performing employees stick around for too long. MBX does not invest in its employees, even those with over 10 years of tenure.
