The culture within the company breeds a get it done right attitude. There is no bureaucracy and no need to CYA because everyone is respectable of each other. The company treats their employees with great respect, and they also contribute to the community. As an employee, you will constantly be learning new things and there is enough variability that tasks won't become mundane and redundant.

Limited growth and advancement potential from certain positions. Some more internal competition would incentivise their employees to contribute more with their talents. It can be easy to get too comfortable in a position.
