Good environment - Recruiter MBR Partners Employee Review

Rude behavior. Superiority complex about just being at UK. Had shallow understanding of job role and industry and did not listen and hung up in the middle of the conversation. Said "there's lot going on in resume" clearly did not understand.

Learnt so much working with the likes of Mike and Neil. Neil, the MD is really passionate and takes the time to get staff up to speed. Great place to work in recruitment with super interesting clients. It's a small company and has a good culture of everyone caring for each others success. Good collaboration. Most consultants get opportunity to travel to various places, from Barcelona, Nice, Tel Aviv etc. The company are flexible with work times and you can have a good work/life balance and still be successful. I owe a lot to this company and would definitely recommend MBR Partners to someone who wants a start or continue a career in recruitment or in tech more widely.
