Pros
MBN Solutions are an incredible company to work for. They know the real balance between professionalism and a relaxed environment. I was employed there for almost 2 years and the only reason behind my moving on, was to go travelling. A small team of 20-25 employees, from different walks of life, all lovely people and a great bunch to work with. A very generous and rewarding company huge thanks to Michael - the CEO. He is not a boss, he is a leader. A friendly guy who doesn't hide away in the big boss' office. He seats himself amongst staff, interested in what's going on in your life and you know you can always turn to him to talk to - which you would not find in many CEO's. Lastly, MBN contribute a lot of time and money to many different charities in the UK and beyond and to me that was a wonderful trait in a company to work for.
Cons
The only con I can think of is not having dual screen monitors. Working overseas, I learned that a fast paced office like MBN could really benefit from this type of equipment.
