-Senior Management don’t always handle situations in the best manner and often rainmakers are protected at the cost of junior staff’s mental health. -Still very much a dated ‘corporate’ mentality for a firm which is supposed to be forward-thinking and inclusive. - Noticed a lot of burnout/stress/general unhappiness among junior and admin staff due to workload and poor treatment (with some considering leaving the profession altogether due to their experience).

Pay was decent compared to other firms.

Pay different salaries to people who do the same jobs. Bad training. Poor HR. Belittling bosses, take away your confidence.
