Pros

Met people there who are really nice. Great culture as there are mostly younger people there Office space is nice

Cons

Was put in a team where I had no support, no mentor or training Constantly felt stressed because I didn't recieve any support from people who were meant to be my mentors. I was scared to ask for help because they made me feel embarrassed to ask for help Not many benefits

Pros

A good spread of jobs, work with all different types of construction projects, nice area in the CBD.

Cons

Salaries are low and generally below industry benchmarks. Late nights are common, and weekend work is often expected. The culture is not great, and there can be some odd office politics, which leads a lot of people to prefer working from home. Management support can be lacking at times, with workloads often building up and accountability not always being shared evenly when things fall behind. The environment can feel intimidating for new starters and not particularly welcoming, and there is a sense that if you don’t align with expectations, it can be difficult to stay long term, something that seems to affect more junior staff in particular.
