Pros
Lots of interesting technology, some very knowlable people in the operations group.
Cons
Desktop helpdesk has to handle a lot of crap that the operations team breaks or deploys. many times had to come in on a saturday to test stuff that was ultimately broken by other teams... like do these people just push buttons andthen break stuff.
