inadequacy of senior mgmt; only those willing to sacrifice their individualism in exchange for stroking management's ego will advance their career; unprofessional and immature behaviors are about at this place, it's like being back in high school; most of the people there lack outside experience/exposure and therefore don't even know what they don't know.
